Our remote beach resort is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. We provide you with the seclusion you need to relax. Our traditional Filipino Native Concept as well as hospitality intertwined with modern amenities will ensure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable. Though, we understand that complete serenity is a privilege for guests that may come with some inconveniences. This disclaimer will serve as a detailed guide for guests to have pragmatic expectations before booking.
Tropical Climate brings out Tropical Species
From the lush rainforests to the beautiful beaches, you will be immersed in the natural beauty of the Philippines. We understand that nature can bring its own disturbances such as insects, lizards, dogs, etc. Rest assured that none of them are harmful. We strive to make your stay as comfortable & enjoyable as possible hence we encourage you to not be afraid of the occasional presence of these domestic species.
Monkeys: While none have visited the resort so far, guests should be made aware that the surrounding mountains are or may be inhabited by these mammals. We ask that if in the event that guests may witness them, kindly leave them be in their habitat, do not approach them nor feed them. They will not provoke people and there are no reported cases where these mammals have been troublesome nor have they come down from the mountains. Other common domestic species that can be present are the ff: "tuko" gecko/ lizards (native to the Philippines), birds, blue moths, fireflies, cicadas, butterflies, beetles. Our staff does their diligent cleaning and monitoring though with the resort being so close to nature, many of its features are nearby to guests as well. Our tropical resort will surely provide you with rich and unique experiences.
Secluded Area Brings Some Limitations
While Coraline Coast Beach Resort brings a blend of Philippine Traditional lifestyle with modern amenities to guests, guests should note that the actual resort is far from town proper. To get to the resort would require a Van-Transfer that stops at the port and another 8 min. Boat Transportation therefore once guests arrive, everything that is at the resort is all there is. There is no other stores or nightlife, however, the resort does have a 2-level Restaurant with Bar equipped with a kitchen utility area and cook that can and will prepare guests' meal as requested. No outside food is allowed prior to check in at the resort or upon return from Island Hopping Tours in different islands. This is to ensure that the liveliness of the resort, being only amongst a few places to be in pristine condition - away from pollution and littering, is maintained.
While the resort is not totally off-grid, the concept is truly "island lifestyle" with simplicity as its focal point. There are established and friendly fishermen nearby the resort and indigenous to the region. The resort avails their fresh seafood and produce from them. With this in mind, guests prior to their check in at the resort will be provided with a complete itinerary as well as they will be asked for any pre-existing allergies and/or dietary restrictions so that our staff can make proper arrangements.
The resort is unlike any other commercial and/or large-scale resorts that are ran by higher managements. Coraline Coast Beach Resort relies on limited staff though big on hospitality and customer service. They will be present at the resort during your stay to ensure every guests' needs are met. If requested, they will be responsible for your flight arrangements, Island Hopping Tour guide & assistance, as well as transfer arrangements to and from resort.
Cellular Signal is relatively slow at our resort, we encourage guests to disconnect from the chaos of urban life and retreat onto nature. However, should signal be required, guests can walk to the beach during low-tide ie. in the morning to get signal.

Philippines Climate can Impede Itinerary
While Philippine weather can be predictable as there are mainly two seasons: warmer than usual - La Niña (September - November), more rainy than usual - El Niño (Late Feb. - May). Weather conditions can get severe so much so that travel may not be advisable. In the event that this occurs, Coraline Coast Beach Resort will inform you ahead of any route, travel date and/or transportation changes. The staff is not reliable for giving minute-to-minute weather updates to the guests but they will provide any credible information, as deemed necessary, ie. from the Philippine Coast Guard Advisory's announcement to the region's residents, should there be extent weather changes.
Please note, Island Hopping Tours are not adjustable on rates and it is non-refundable if destinations are re-routed, changed, or lessen due to weather & tide conditions or other reasons. Rates may change at any time without prior notice. Eco-Tourism Development Fee is not included. Island Tours can be customized - inform our staff of your intended destination and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Accommodations, Island Hopping Tours, Water Activities, etc. are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled.
All Resort fees must be paid prior to arrival at the resort.
